Mr. Theophil Romward

Theophil Romward is an Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Private Law. He joined the University in 2015. Mr. Romward has a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL. B-2014) and Master of Laws degree (LL. M-2017) from University of Dar es Salaam. Mr Romward’s areas of specialisation are on Law of Regional Integration, East Africa Community Law, Labour Migration Law, Tax law and Mining Law.
